Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Helzzy (the "Platform", available at https://helzzy.com and in our apps) is operated by Site Spark Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Helzzy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What Helzzy is

Helzzy is an online marketplace that helps families and individuals ("Care Seekers") find, message and book independent care providers ("Caregivers") for child care, senior care, housekeeping, pet care, home tutoring and medical care at home.

Caregivers are independent individuals. They are not employees, agents or contractors of Site Spark Technologies LLP. We do not provide care services ourselves, and we do not direct or supervise the work a Caregiver does. Any arrangement for care is between the Care Seeker and the Caregiver.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• The information you give us, including your name, location and documents, must be true and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users at risk, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.

4. Verification

We verify Caregivers before their profile is marked as verified. This can include checking government-issued identity documents, and for medical care, professional qualifications or registration. We may also verify Care Seekers.

Verification reduces risk but cannot remove it. We do not guarantee the conduct, skill or suitability of any user. Please interview Caregivers, check references, and use your own judgement before inviting anyone into your home.

5. Fees

Helzzy is currently free for Care Seekers and Caregivers. We do not charge a booking fee or take a commission.

Rates for care are agreed directly between the Care Seeker and the Caregiver, and payment is made directly between them. Helzzy does not collect, hold or refund these payments. If we introduce paid plans for Caregivers or other fees in future, we will tell you in advance and you will not be charged without agreeing to it.

6. Your responsibilities

When you use Helzzy you agree not to:

• post false, misleading or someone else's information, photos or documents;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse any person;
• offer or request any service that is unlawful, including child labour or unlicensed medical procedures;
• use the Platform to collect other users' data, send spam, or move a conversation off Helzzy in order to defraud someone;
• interfere with the Platform's security or try to access accounts that are not yours.

Caregivers are responsible for holding any licence, registration or qualification their work requires, and for their own taxes.

7. Reviews and content

You keep ownership of what you post, and give us a non-exclusive licence to show it on the Platform for as long as it stays there. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law, and we act on valid takedown requests as required by the Intermediary Rules.

8. Reporting a problem

If something goes wrong with a booking or another user, report it from your dashboard under Help & Support, or email support@helzzy.com. In an emergency, call 112 first.

9. Limitation of liability

Helzzy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Site Spark Technologies LLP is not liable for the acts or omissions of any Care Seeker or Caregiver, for any arrangement made between them, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by SMS or email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Helzzy after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Grievance Officer

In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise any complaint about content on Helzzy, your account or your personal data with our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
